  1. So Wayne…in today’s world and according to CMHF what does it mean to be a healthy man? A strong man?

I hear criticism but don’t see the solution?

    1. Hello Leo:

I don’t think it a question of creating new meaning of what it is to be a healthy man or a strong man, more a shift in attitudes and perceptions for men personally and for society in general.

At CMHF we want men to be more proactive in their own health, to take ownership of their health and understand the impact it has on themselves and their family.

Ownership will make men healthier and if healthier equals stronger then we have shifted perceptions of what it is to be healthy and strong.
