  1. Exercise absolutely helps me relax, de stress plus improve my physical fitness and mental attitude!!
    I do some deep breathing but the methods shown above is much better and I will try it today.

    Going for a ride on my quad or dirt bike ! I feel great
    After a day of snowmobileing im good all week !

      All great tips and your key it seems is getting outside and doing something in nature, which rocks and even reduces stress more.

  3. Thank you. I have tried deeper breathing to relieve stress, but this helps refine it more. As far as the music goes, I recommend Elizabethan Serenade, or the 18th variation on a theme of Paginini (about 3 1/2 minutes long), or the Nimrod variation.
