  1. Rather than burpee I do sun salutation exercise and try repeat 10x nonstop in 15 minutes under the care of a yoga teacher.
    This is a great yogic workout blending body mind breathing and emotions. May do a chair version if yoga mat is tough. Learn it well and there are many places.
