  1. Thanks for the article! When showing appreciation it’s tough to keep those negative thoughts going. “When in doubt, zoom out” and get some perspective. Usually I’m just mad about something else and then I focus on some thing my wife or kids did. When in reality it’s just my bad attitude and I need to go exercise or get out of my head.
