Canadian Men’s Health Foundation Launches “Don’t Change Much” Podcast Hosted by Dan Murphy, Featuring Real Conversations About Men’s Health
Episode one debuts June 7 during the MOVE FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH 2022 campaign
Vancouver, BC, May 25, 2022 – The Canadian Men’s Health Foundation (CMHF) is proud to announce the launch of the Don’t Change Much Podcast, a brand new resource for men and their families focused on mental and physical health. The podcast is made possible by a generous lead gift from The Jack and Darlene Poole Foundation.
The Don’t Change Much Podcast features conversations that inform, relate and resonate with men. Host and celebrated broadcaster Dan Murphy talks with Canada’s top influencers and health experts each episode about their own experiences and resources that prioritize health and normalize mental and physical well-being.
The Don’t Change Much Podcast debuts with new episodes each week in June during CMHF’s Move For Your Mental Health 2022 campaign, a month-long event to raise awareness, educate and drive action for men and their family’s mental health.

About Host Dan Murphy
The Don’t Change Much Podcast is hosted by Dan Murphy, a sports broadcaster with Rogers Sportsnet, who has hosted Vancouver Canucks TV broadcasts for over 20 years and works as a reporter on Sportsnet and Hockey Night in Canada. He is co-author of the book Journeyman with Sean Pronger.
