  1. I would have to say my anxiety in my last job forced me to take a look at another job , I’m much more happier in my new job , but you don’t look at this this way at the time

    1. That is true, Scott. It’s oftentimes hard to pinpoint the source of anxiety while you are in it. Having a professional to talk to is oftentimes a helpful way to figure out the root cause of your anxiety. Happy to hear your new job is making you feel better! Thanks for sharing your experience.

  2. I know I’m into too much stuff all the time which I believe gives me anxiety which is very uncomfortable, can you recommend any solutions I could use during my anxiety out breaks other than breathing , thank you

    1. Hi Mike. There is a great app from one of our partners, Anxiety Canada, called the Mindshift CBT app that provides resources to help manage anxiety, including healthier thinking, and taking action. Some other things you can try doing when you feel like your thoughts are spiralling is to interrupt your thoughts by doing something else, like moving your body and going for a walk, or doing something with your hands, like a puzzle.
