  1. I am currently doing a burpee challenge. On day one, I do 10 burpees. Each day, I add 2 to the previous count. On the 67th day, I will be doing 142 burpees with a cumulative total of 5,092 !!

    So, my recommendation for you is to start with something like 20 jumping jacks on day 1 and add 2 each day. On the 34th day, you will do 86 jumping jacks with a cumulative total of 1,802 – exceeding your goal in just over one month.

    The growth is steady so your body can get accustomed to the increments, yet in a relatively short time, you can easily accomplish your goal.

  2. I need to get on this asap, not as a New Years resolution because they always fail but I have been telling myself, this has to happen. Recently diagnosed with high blood pressure and I feel like crap all the time and get very few good sleeps in a month if any.
