  1. Good for you Darren, seems to me like you’re on the right track. I say this because i’m in my late 60s and i’ve been doing this for the last 25 years, lots of water, good eating habits along with different exercising habits. Tai chi, walking, running, stretching, biking, walking golf, pickleball and reading. Once in while i’ll still have the odd chip. If you’re Healthy, you’re rich.
