  1. Seriously-You know why really works? Any time I get an urge to have a pop or even that extra beer, I grab a club soda or carbonated water instead. That way I get the water I need, and the bubbles too! Cheers!

  2. We have an ice maker that produces small cubes, I often fill up a glass and eat the cubes like candy.
