Former border security guard turned ultra-runner, Sachin Latti, conquers extreme endurance runs to break down barriers and empower men to prioritize their mental wellness.
Sachin Latti is a former Canadian border guard and a dedicated ultra-marathon runner on a mission to change how we talk about mental health. After battling his own mental health, Sachin turned to running as a tool for recovery. The practice transformed his life and sparked his passion for helping others.
Through his initiative, Sach-in-Motion, he tackles extreme endurance runs — including running across multiple provinces — to raise funds and awareness for veterans, first responders and mental health initiatives.
Sachin is proud to join CMHF as a National Champion to continue inspiring men to take control of their physical and mental wellness one step at a time.
