Roger Takahashi has been at the forefront of hockey strength and conditioning for the past 20 years. Graduating from the University of Waterloo with two degrees, he served as the Director of Strength and Conditioning / Head Strength and Conditioning Coach of the NHL’s Vancouver Canucks. He’s actively involved in the BC Centre of Excellence Programs.
