With a strong foundation in scientific inquiry, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and brings extensive experience as a Research Assistant specializing in critical areas such as fatherhood, military-civilian transitions, and the dynamics of male-dominated cultures. Paul’s work emphasizes understanding the social, psychological, and structural factors that influence men’s well-being across diverse life stages. Passionate about translating research into actionable insights, Paul is committed to developing accessible educational resources that empower individuals, organizations, and communities to promote healthier lives for men and boys. Through his interdisciplinary approach, he bridges academic rigour with real-world impact, contributing to the advancement of men’s health in Canada and beyond.
