  1. I want to quit smoking but have not set a quit date, I have received NRT patches and locenges I have smoked for over 50 years and smoke at least a 25 pack a day sometimes more

    1. Please do give these tips a try. I worked with Lindsay on this article as the editor and she is a wealth of knowledge on this topic. No need to set a quit date. Track how much you smoke and then cut back a little at a time until you’re down to none. Be easy on yourself. Quitting is hard! You got this.
