  1. Thank you this is great. I just saw mr Suban/ Dad on BT. THANKS. I’m type 1.5 with severe Anaphylaxis allergies to dairy and nuts. Hard to get enough protein when working out. I find as I work out , I sometimes feel worse as my body starts to eliminate toxins. I find also gains come much more slowly being over. 50 ,closer to 60. Is hard to set goals.

  2. This is an awesome factual information. I’m pre-diabetic and have started changing my eating habits avoiding all sugars, no salt, and lessened carbs diet. Regularly I’m also taking Metamucil every night an hour before sleep. It helped me drop 20 pounds and my waistline from 38 to 33! I did all this and working harder to maintain it specially after I had a TIA five weeks ago. You got to watch out! I’m only 59. I want to take care of myself better. Smoking? I used to smoke up to 10 sticks a day and I swapped it with Nicotine free Vape. I know there isn’t any proof yet about the effect of flavoured vape but it has helped me pull away from real smoke yet I am doing my utmost to totally zero out so if anyone out there could help please let me know how you won the “smoking or vape” battle.
