  • Support men’s mental health. A 2024 study commissioned by CMHF found that moderate-to-high anxiety affects 57% of men aged 19-29 in Canada.
  • Help men access mental health services with MindFit Toolkit. Over 1000 counselling sessions have been provided at no cost to Canadian men.
  • Provide science-backed information to promote healthier lifestyles through the Don’t Change Much podcast and the Don’t Change Much website.
  • Prevent serious health conditions with Men’s Health Check. Over 133,000 men have used this free online assessment that evaluates risk levels for the 8 most common health conditions that affect men.
  • Provide science-backed information to promote healthier lifestyles through the Don’t Change Much podcast and website.
  • Expand men’s health awareness and research through collaboration with experts to deliver evidence-based information on men’s health.
