Virtual Mental Health Counselling
We’re working together with TELUS Health MyCare™ and Anxiety Canada to reduce financial barriers and help more men access professional mental health support from the comfort of their home.
Virtual Men’s Group Session
CMHF partnered with Anxiety Canada to pilot a MindShift group therapy program exclusively for men. The response was overwhelmingly positive with a full cohort of 12 men starting the MindShift CBT Groups pilot program on February 8, 2023.
MindShift CBT Groups is Anxiety Canada’s 8-session group therapy program. MindShift helps adults with mild to moderate anxiety find relief through weekly virtual meetings using evidence-based cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
Visit MindShift Groups to learn about co-ed group programming and be the first to learn about future men’s-only programming by signing up for CMHF’s Don’t Change Much newsletter.
