Manager, Corporate Partnerships & Development
The Canadian Men’s Health Foundation wishes to recruit an outstanding team member for the newly created role of Manager, Corporate Partnerships & Development. This individual will lead the development of key partnerships, sponsorships and transformative gifts that help CMHF deliver on its mission. Reporting to the Vice President, the Manager, Corporate Partnerships & Development will be accountable for sourcing, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting and securing support from new partners, sponsors and donors. This individual will also be responsible for acting as the primary liaison between these partners and the CMHF executive, and for helping to ensure that CMHF partners receive optimal recognition for their investment.
Full-time, Permanent – Greater Toronto Area, ON
As an ideal candidate, you are a results-oriented self-starter who owns your goals and is passionate about having a positive impact. You are known for your collaborative working style, outstanding relationship building skills and a track record of success in securing new partnerships and/or major donors. With a minimum of 5-8 years of partnership, sponsorship or development experience, you thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and are happiest when out in the field. You understand how to optimally work in partnership with top brands and high net worth donors, and would thrive in a dynamic national organization that requires nimbleness, creativity and a bias for action. You are a skilled communicator, natural networker and deal closer who is motivated by CMHF’s mission: Inspire Canadian men to live healthier lives.
The Manager, Corporate Partnerships & Development will be located within the Greater Toronto Area.
